ASAP sessions available by phone, Skype, or email. By calling or using the contact form available here, you can request a session with me ASAP and receive a response within hours, and have a session within 24 to 48 hours. If you prefer to receive counseling/coaching in the comfort of your own home or live out of the area, you might prefer to have a phone or Skype session. If you only need assistance with 1 or 2 issues, you could use the email counseling feature, which allows you to obtain help by email on up to 2 main issues of concern, at a very low cost. In-person sessions are also available for people who live in or are willing to travel to the Columbus area. (For clients outside of the State of Ohio, all counseling is considered to take place in Ohio.)
