PTSD and EFT

Watch this excellent video on the use of EFT for War Veterans suffering with PTSD.

EFT For War Veterans

Many people suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD.  War is one of the most well-known causes of this painful condition.  For many years Gary Craig, founder of EFT, and other EFT practitioners, have been teaching EFT to war veterans with better results than any other methods known for treating PTSD.

Symptoms include flashbacks, obsessive memories, insomnia, phobias, tremors, tinnitus, night terrors, social and personality disorders, depression, anxiety, and more.  These symptoms have been very resistant to psychotherapeutic techniques and medication therapies.  EMDR has been used with some success, and, recently EFT was found to have the most efficient and effective and long-lasting, even apparently permanent results for many people afflicted with PTSD.
