Getting through life's challenges and obstacles is often much more difficult than we ever bargained for, but with help, obstacles can be moved or surmounted faster and easier and with more permanent results than we ever imagined. How can I say this? I've discovered it through personal experience and validated it through my work with my numerous coaching clients over the years.
Some people prefer to talk about their past and their hurts and frustrations. Others prefer to move forward with little thought given to their past. Both approaches have merit. The first is traditional "Talk Therapy", while the second approach is basically in the realm of "Life Coaching". Both are valuable strategies to stimulate growth and healing, but only you know which method you are more drawn to or feel would be more effective for you.
